In continuation to our letter dated 25[th] January 2022 regarding declaration of dividend we would like to inform that the Company has provided facility for submission of necessary documents to apply for deduction of TDS at a lower rate.

Shareholders are requested to please submit details latest by 6[th] February 2022 in order to enable the Company to determine and deduct appropriate TDS / withholding tax at the time of payment of dividend.
