Subject: Capital Expenditure proposal approved by the Board

In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 28, 2021 has approved a project for Expansion of Fluorocarbon Refrigerant Gas Capacity, with backward integration into key raw material, at Dahej at an estimated cost of Rs. 550 Crores.

Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:

a) existing capacity	~50,000MTPA
b) existing capacity utilization	>80%
c) proposed capacity addition	15,000 MTPA of fluorocarbon refrigerants and certain key raw materials
d) period within which the proposed capacityis to be added	24 months – by July, 2023
e)investment required	Rs. 550 Crore
f) mode of financing	Mix of debt and internal accruals
g) rationale	Cater to the expected demand from the domestic and exportmarkets.
