Subject Closure of operations at the offices/plants due to escalating COVID 19 situation and in compliance with Government directions.

Reference Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Sir,

Further to our letter dated 23.3.2020 and in compliance with the regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the captioned listing regulations, it is hereby informed that in view of the escalating COVID 19 situation and in compliance with the directions of the respective State Governments and Local Authorities, the Company has also decided to close the operations of the plants of the Company at the following locations :-

1. Dahej in the state of Gujarat

2. Manali in the state of Tamil Nadu

3. Trichy in the state of Tamil Nadu

4. Gummidipoondi in the state of Tamil Nadu

5. Malanpur in the state of Madhya Pradesh

6. Kashipur in the state of Uttarakhand

In addition, the regional offices of the Company at Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi and other locations have also been closed.

These plants/offices shall remain closed till further notice and would resume operations upon relevant guidance being issued by the State Governments and Local Authorities. It is not possible to assess the Financial Impact of the above closures at this point in time.
