Subject Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sir,

Further to our letters dated 23.3.2020 and 25.3.2020 related to plant closures emanating out of COVID 19 pandemic, and in compliance with the regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the captioned listing regulations, it is hereby informed that a few plants belonging to the essential goods value chain in the Dahej Chemicals Complex, Gujarat have resumed operations in line with permissions from local authorities. Other plants at Dahej and plants at other sites will commence operations as and when permissions from local authorities related to people / logistics / supply chain are received.

The management continues to monitor the situation closely and is taking appropriate actions as per directions from local, state government and central government authorities.
