Payment of principal and interest on 7.33%, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible - Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs.10,00,000/ (Ten Lacs) each at par of the aggregate - nominal value of Rs.300,00,00,000/. Fixing of Record Date and Payment Date (ISIN : INE647A07033)

In compliance with the Listing Regulations and circulars issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from time to time, it is hereby informed that Tuesday, 30[th] June, 2020 is the date for repayment of principal and payment of interest on the captioned Debentures.

The record date has been fixed as 15[th] June, 2020 in terms of Disclosure document dated 30[th] June, 2017 pursuant to which the captioned Debentures were issued. A copy of which has already been submitted to the exchange.
