ln compliance with regulation ³⁰ and other applicable regulations of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Gujarat Pollution Control Board had issued directions under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 to the Company to close the operations of its industrial plant at Dahej in the State of Gujarat due to alleged non—compliance with the provisions of the said Act.

The company is in the process of filing ^a detailed appropriate reply clarifying its position with regard to the issues raised.

For the time being, in compliance with the aforesaid directions of Gujarat Pollution Control Board, the company is in the process of closing the operations at the site.

We will keep the stock exchange updated on further developments in this regard.
