Payment of interest on 7.33%, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lacs) each at par of the aggregate nominal value of Rs.300,00,00,000/.- Fixing of Record Date and Interest Payment Date (ISIN : INE647A07033)
In compliance with the Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that Friday, le June, 2019 is the record date for the purpose of payment of interest on the captioned Debentures.
The date for payment of interest shall be Monday, 1st July, 2019.
The record date and date of payment of interest has been fixed in terms of Disclosure document dated 30thJune, 2017 pursuant to which the captioned Debentures were issued.
