Subject: Commissioning and capitalisation of capital expenditure proposal approved by the Board

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of our letter dated 4th Feb, 2019 informing Board's approval for setting-up of a facility to produce agrochemical intermediates at an estimated cost of Rs.140 Crores.

There has been a cost overrun in the project due to change in the original design and installation of additional effluent treatment equipment.

This is to report that the aforesaid project has been commissioned and capitalised at a cost of Rs.166 Crores.
