We would like to clarify that the details sought were informed in the Announcement dated November 19, 2018 which was in continuation to our earlier letter dated November 16, 2018. The copy of the announcement is attached for reference.

This is further to our letter dated 16.11.2018.

Information as required by regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given below :-

Based on the initial assessment, the following is the expected quantum of damage caused. Stocks - Rs 13 Cr Building and Roof - Rs 7 Cr Machinery and Electrical - Rs 8 Cr |

Production was completely disrupted on 16thNovember, 2018 on the day of the cyclone and partial operations were restored from 17' November, 2018. Further restoration is in progress and normalcy is expected within this week. |
