One of the promoter group entity, namely Rose Farms (Delhi) LLP, had contributed to 50% of partner’s capital in SMK Wellness LLP, on 6[th] December, 2024. Later on, SMK Wellness LLP converted to Private Limited Company under the name “SMK Wellness Private Limited”. On conversion, Rose Farms (Delhi) LLP was issued 30,00,000 Equity Shares in SMK Wellness Private Limited. Finally, on 21[st] March 2025, Rose Farms (Delhi) LLP sold its entire stake in SMK Wellness Private Limited. Necessary compliances as per Regulation 31(A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be done in due course.
