Dear Sir,

Please find attached disclosure under regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for disposal of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) equity shares of SRF Limited each to Ashish Bharat Ram and Kartik Bharat Ram by way of inter-se transfer through gift amongst qualifying persons being immediate relatives totalling 50,000 (fifty thousand) equity shares.

The transaction has been done with no price consideration consequent to intimation under regulation 10(5) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 sent to the exchange on 24.01.2024.

The transaction has not resulted in any change in control and holding of the overall promoter group.
