SRF Group's related parties primarily consists of its fellow subsidiaries, Holding Company, Key Managerial Personnel, Enterprises on which KMP have significant influence and Post employment benefits trusts . SRF Group routinely enters into transactions with these related parties in the ordinary course of business at market rates and terms. Transactions and balances between Company, its subsidiaries and step down subsidiaries are eliminated on consolidation.
