• 1. The Articles of Association of the Company was amended to align it with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the Company has adopted Table-F upto such extent applicable.
• 1. The Articles of Association of the Company was amended to include the provisions of appointment of "Chairman Emeritus" in the Articles.
