In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 23, 2025 has approved project for setting up manufacturing facility for BOPP Film at Indore, MP at a projected cost of Rs. 490 Crores.
Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:
