Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“NRC”) at its meeting held on 25th November, 2025 has approved, the grant of 2,32,810 (Two Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Ten Only) Employee Stock Options (“Options”) under the “Part A – SRF Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 of the SRF Long term Share based Incentives Plan, 2018.

The details required pursuant to with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (“Master Circular”) are enclosed hereto as Annexure - A.
