Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11[th] July, 2023, we wish to inform that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary by the name of SRF Middle East LLC, the details whereof is set out in Annexure A. The Commercial license for the wholly owned subsidiary was issued on 12[th] March 2024 by Department of Economy and Tourism, Government of Dubai.
