Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024, we wish to inform that the Wholly Owned Subsidiary has issued Equity Shares to the Company, the details whereof is set out in Annexure A.
