Subject: Commissioning and Capitalisation of capital expenditure proposal approved by the

Board

This is in continuation of our letter dated 03.11.2022 and 12.12.2023 intimating capital expenditure for setting up of four new plants and capacity enhancement of an existing plant to produce various speciality chemicals at an estimated cost of Rs. 604 Crores and commissioning and capitalization of two out of four plants at an aggregate cost of Rs. 225 Crores (approx.) respectively.

It is hereby informed that remaining two out of four plants have also been commissioned and capitalized on 1[st] February, 2024 at an aggregate cost of Rs. 355 Crores (approx.).
