This is in continuation of our intimations dated January 22, 2022, March 17, 2022 and May 09, 2023 intimating incorporation of SRF Altech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for setting up the manufacturing facility for manufacture of aluminium foil.
It is hereby informed that the said facility has been commissioned and capitalized on 01[st] January 2024 at an aggregate cost of Rs. 536 Crores (approx).
