In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 27, 2023 has approved projects for setting up manufacturing facility for Capacitor Grade BOPP Film at Indore at a projected cost of Rs. 275 Crores.
