Subject: Commissioning and Capitalisation of capital expenditure proposal approved by the Board
This is in continuation of our letter dated 03.11.2022 intimating capital expenditure for setting up of four new plants and capacity enhancement of an existing plant to produce various speciality chemicals at an estimated cost of Rs. 604 Crores.
It is hereby informed that two out of four plants have been commissioned and capitalized today at an aggregate cost of Rs. 225 Crores (approx.).
