In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 30, 2023 has approved project for setup a dedicated facility to produce 300 MT per year of SS20 at Dahej at a cost of Rs. 110 Crores.
