In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 27, 2023 has approved a project for setting up of a new facility to produce agrochemical intermediate at Dahej.
Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:
