In furtherance to our letter dated January 17, 2022 please note that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. January 25, 2022 has approved the issuance of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of INR 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) each, for an aggregate principal amount of up to INR 750,00,00,000 (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty crores only), on private placement basis, in one or more series/ tranches to certain eligible investors permitted to invest in the NCDs under applicable laws as per the details mentioned in Annexure - A.

The above is submitted pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 for your information and record.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.15 a.m and concluded at 03.10 p.m.
