Subject: Capital Expenditure proposal approved by the Board

In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 3, 2022 has approved projects for setting up of four new plants and capacity enhancement of an existing plant to produce various speciality chemicals at an estimated cost of Rs. 604 Crores.

Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:

a) existing capacity;	Not Applicable
b) existing capacity utilization	Based on customer requirements
c) proposed capacity addition;	~ 4000 MTPA
d) period within which the proposed capacity is to be added	10 to 12 months
e) investment required	Rs. 604 Crores
f)mode of financing	Mix of debt and internal accruals
g) rationale	To cater to the needs of the customers.
