In terms of Regulations 29(1) and 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the “ SEBI Listing Regulations ”), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the QIP Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 16, 2020 to inter alia , consider and determine the issue price of Equity Shares to be issued pursuant to the QIP, including any discount on the floor price as permitted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (the “ SEBI ICDR Regulations ”) and approved by the shareholders pursuant to a special resolution dated October 08, 2020.
