Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of:-

• Our letter dated 9[th] July, 2018 informing Board’s approval for setting-up of a BOPET film line & Resin plant in Thailand by SRF Industries (Thailand) Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company).

• Our letter dated 21[st] May, 2020 informing that BOPET film line which is a part of the aforesaid project has been commissioned and capitalised on 20[th] May, 2020.

It is hereby further informed that Resin Plant forming part of the aforesaid capital expenditure has been commissioned and capitalized on 27[th] November, 2020 at a cost of USD 19 million (approx.)
