We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. January 20, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have re-appointed Mr. Pramod Gopaldas Gujarathi (DIN: 00418958) as Director (Safety & Environment) & Occupier for a further term of 3 years starting from April 01, 2026 upto March 31, 2029 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November 2024, are provided in Annexure I to this letter.
