Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby inform you that on basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company today i.e. on January 29, 2025, approved the appointment of Ms. Geeta Shamrao Jadhav as the President & CHRO, Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from January 30, 2025.

Details with respect to the said appointment as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part - A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are provided in Annexure I to this letter.

She has also been a faculty member at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Geeta is a proud Indian Army veteran, where she developed strong leadership skills, discipline, and integrity. She has extensive experience in HR transformation, building high performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. She holds a degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing Management, LLB degree and has completed an advanced Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad
