– Appointment of Secretarial Auditor Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Members of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held today i.e. July 03, 2025 has approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm Registration Number P2001DE052900), as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for first term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30.

The details as required Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 (as amended) are provided in Annexure A.
