Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and “ ” – Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [ SEBI Listing Regulations ] Change in Senior Management Personnel
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Industry Standards notified by SEBI vide Circular dated on February 25, 2025, we wish to inform you that Mr. Varun Kapoor has tendered his resignation from the position of Vice President - Strategy and New initiatives of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of September 15, 2025 and accordingly he has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of September 15, 2025.
The details pertaining to cessation of the Senior Management Personnel as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided in “Annexure A” and the Resignation dated July 9, 2025 of Mr. Varun Kapoor is enclosed as Annexure B.
The aforesaid information will also be disclosed on the website of the Company at www.srf.com
