This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of SRF Limited at their meeting held today i.e. May 09, 2023 had re-appointed M/s B S R & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101248W/ W-100022) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for second term of five years commencing from F.Y. 2023-24, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
