In compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday, 03[rd] November, 2021, has, inter alia, considered the followings items of agenda:

1. Noting of resignation of Mrs. Gurpreetkaur Bhautikkumar Munjani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. 30[th] October, 2021;

2. Appointment of Mrs. Meena Tiwari as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. 03[rd] November, 2021;

3. Noting of retirement of Mr. Deepak Patil as Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. the end of business hour of 30[th] day of September, 2021;

4. Appointment of Mr. Vishwas Patkar as Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. 03[rd] November, 2021;

5. Issue equity shares of the Company for a sum not exceeding Rs. 200 Lakhs on rights basis to its eligible shareholders registered in the books as on date to be fixed by a committee constituted by the Board ("Committee") and on such terms and conditions as the Committee may decide, in accordance with applicable law, the price for the rights issue will be determined by the Committee in accordance with such rules and regulations including the pricing formula laid down under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2018, as may be applicable.
