 Sale of subsidiary HD SIGNS GmbH completed
 Synergy and return targets in the Group still being rigorously
pursued.

Cologne, Germany, 27 February 2008: WIGE MEDIA AG (German Securities Code
Number (WKN): 634770) today announces the sale of its subsidiary HD SIGNS
GmbH. The 70% share held by WIGE MEDIA AG is being taken over retroactively
to 31 December 2007 by the partner, which until now has held a 30% stake.
The decision to sell the company was taken in view of the Group’s synergy
and return targets. The parties agreed to maintain secrecy regarding the
purchase price. The simplified structure will further promote the existing
strategic target of offering key Group services under the uniform umbrella
brand WIGE MEDIA.
