Subject: Notice regarding the transfer and sale of business shares in the subsidiary Trilix d.o.o.

Hereby, the company Span d.d. ("The Company") informs that on 30 April 2026, agreements on the transfer and sale of a total of 90% of the business shares in the subsidiary Trilix d.o.o. (hereinafter: Trilix) were signed.

One agreement covers the sale of 60% of the shares to Trilix d.o.o., while the other agreement covers the sale of 30% of the shares to the current director, Mr. Mladen Amidžić. The remaining 10% of business shares constitute Trilix's own share.

By signing these agreements, Span has sold all its business shares in the aforementioned company.
