In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/ EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72 / EC and Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of March 10th, 2016 on setting implementing technical standards regarding the format and template for the notification and publication of transactions by managers in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, we hereby inform you that we received a notification from Mr. Nikola Dujmović from Zagreb, Biskupa Galjufa 5a, on the acquisition of 1,000 shares of Span d.d. (SPAN-R-A). Nikola Dujmović is President of the Management Board.
The acquisitions were made on 2 and 3 June 2026 on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. Zagreb.
