Inside information: Wetteri buys Suvanto Trucks Oy, KKV approved the deal - implementation by 31st March 2024

On 11th December 2023, Wetteri announced its intent to buy Suvanto Trucks Oy
through 100 % share exchange. The buyer in the acquisition is Wetteri Plc. The
Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) has given its approval to the
transaction on 11th January 2024. The transaction is expected to be executed by
31st March 2024.
