Inside information: Wetteri buys Suvanto Trucks Oy, implementation on 29 February 2024

On 11th December 2023, Wetteri announced its intent to buy Suvanto Trucks Oy
through 100 % share exchange. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority
(KKV) gave its approval to the transaction on 11th January 2024, also all the
other conditions of the transaction have been met. The transaction is to be
executed on 29th February 2024.
