RESOLUTION ON THE PREPARATION AND DISCLOSURE OF QUARTERLY FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Sonae hereby informs, as required by Article 246-A, paragraph 3, of the Portuguese Securities Code, that the Board of Directors has resolved today to continue to prepare and disclose quarterly financial information according, as per previous financial years, to the legal and regulatory standard for quarterly financial information disclosure. This resolution is taken in accordance with the option granted to non-financial listed companies as set forth in Article 246-A of the Portuguese Securities Code amended by the Decree-Law no. 22/2016, of 3rd June, by transposition of the Directive 2013/50/UE of 22nd October 2013, regarding the preparation and disclosure of quarterly financial information.
