Completion of the sale of hardboard business operated at Betanzos plant
Further to the announcement made on 18 March 2015, Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA informs that its indirect affiliate, Tafiber, Tableros de Fibras Ibéricos, S.L., completed today the sale of the hardboard business operated at its plant located in Betanzos, Spain. The transaction includes the transfer of the employees dedicated to this business, as well as the lease of the real estate asset where the industrial unit is located, property of another indirect affiliate of Sonae Indústria.
As mentioned in the previous announcement, the present transaction is estimated to have no impact on the consolidated shareholders' funds of Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA.
