Sonae – SGPS, SA hereby informs of the successful closing and financial settlement of the sale and leaseback transaction previously disclosed to the market on the 1st February 2016.

This sale and leaseback transaction totaled 164.0 million euros and is related to 12 food retail assets located in Portugal with an estimated net book value of 114.4 million euros.
