SOMEC: REOPENED THE TERMS FOR THE SUBMISSION OF LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
San Vendemiano (Treviso), April 10, 2026 – Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the design, production and installation of complex turnkey civil and naval projects, hereby announced that, as of today, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 30, 2026, only the list from shareholder Venezia S.p.A. (holder of 76,18% of the share capital of Somec S.p.A.) has been submitted for the appointment of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors. Pursuant to Article 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, further lists of candidates may be submitted by shareholders who, alone or jointly, hold a stake of at least 1.25% of the Company's share capital, up to April 13, 2026.
These lists, together with the documentation required by current legal and regulatory provisions, must be submitted in the manner indicated in the notice of the Shareholders' meeting, available on the Company's website ( www.somecgruppo.com ) in the Investors > Shareholders' Meetings section, to which reference should be made.
Any additional lists submitted by shareholders for the election of the Board of Statutory Auditors will be made available to the public in the manner and within the deadlines provided by current legal and regulatory provisions.
