SOMEC: UPDATE ON THE SUBMISSION OF LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
San Vendemiano (Treviso), April 14, 2026 – Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the design, production and installation of complex turnkey civil and naval projects, following the announcement made on April 10, 2026 regarding the reopening of the terms for the submission of lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, announces that, upon expiry of the aforementioned deadline (i.e. as at 13 April 2026), no additional lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors were received other than the one previously submitted by the shareholder Venezia S.p.A., which has already been disclosed.
