This is with reference to your e-mail bearing reference no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/ 20262027 / 3686, dated April 10, 2026 regarding the captioned subject sought from the Company regarding price movement of the share of the Company on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited’s portal in the recent past.

We wish to inform you that, there is no additional information and/or announcements (including impeding announcements), in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Observations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which in our opinion may have impact on the price movement of the Company’s Shares traded on the Stock Exchange.
