Apropos Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 17th May, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at A-24/25, Krishna Industrial Estate, Near B.I.D.C., Gorwa, Vadodara- 390016, Gujarat, India, inter alia to consider and approve the following matters:

1. To consider and approve, the Standalone Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2025 and Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & year ended 31st March, 2025 together with Audit Report;

2. To Consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the Financial year ended 31[st] March, 2025.

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 27th April, 2025 regarding Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st April, 2024 and shall remain closed up to 19[th] May, 2025 (both days inclusive) i.e. till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & Year ended on 31[st] March, 2025.
