Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra to Vadodara in the State of Gujarat and subsequent alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
We would like to inform you that the application of the Company for Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra to Vadodara in the State of Gujarat, has been approved by Regional Director (Western Region) for alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association vide Order No. RD/Section13/SRN T94492972/1548 dated June 02, 2022 enabling Company to shift Registered Office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Gujarat.
