With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 14[th] November, 2024 approved the appointment of M/s. Jain & Hindocha, Chartered Accountants, Vadodara as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 and for that we have submitted the intimation of appointment of internal auditor of the company for the FY 2024-25 vide acknowledgement no. 8220089 on 14[th] November, 2024.

However, inadvertently in the intimation there were typographical error in the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 and circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023. Therefore we submit the same once again.

We request you to kindly consider this submission as final and ignore the one which was filled with vide acknowledgement no. 8220089.
