We would like to inform you that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for trading in the Company’s securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from 1[st] January, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ending 31[st] December, 2023.
