Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Solid Stone Company Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 12th May, 2026 to inter alia, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the company for the Year ended 31st March, 2026.

Further to our letter dated 28th March, 2026, this is to inform you that per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company, which has been closed since 1st April, 2026 for publication of Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026 shall remain closed up to Thursday, 14th May, 2026 (Both days inclusive)
