SOGEFI: CIR PRESENTS CANDIDATE FOR DIRECTOR POSITION
Milan, July 4, 2022 – With reference to the next Shareholders' meeting called for July 22, 2022 in first call and, if a second call should be necessary, on July 25, 2022, Sogefi S.p.A. announces that the majority shareholder CIR S.p.A., holder of 55.64% of the voting rights, presented the candidature of Raffaella Pallavicini as new director.
The proposal submitted by CIR, with Ms. Pallavicini's curriculum vitae and the documentation with which she accepts her candidature and attests to her possessing the requisites required by law and the Company Bylaws, together with her personal and professional profiles, are available to the public from today on the authorized storage system eMarket STORAGE, at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website https://www.sogefigroup.com/en/investor-relations/shareholders-meetings/2022/index.html.
